The Mummy Returns

This movie was on (and prolly still is right now) USA over and over again while I was sick. Everytime I turned on that channel I would see this movie. Don't get me wrong, I love Brendan Fraiser (not enough to watch Encino Man), but this movie was lame-ass compared to the other one.
The original was a damn good movie. I will watch that movie any day, but this one kind of pisses me off.
I do like the pygmies, you don't get pygmies in the first one, but that is the only better point.

I hate how every other second they are kissing. (get your mouth off him, woman) I like a good romance movie, but this is an action movie. I get that you love each other and all that happy bullshit, but this is an ACTION movie. It's no wonder their kid got kidnapped. Every time he was doing something he shouldn't have been they were off kissing, or at least leaving him alone. You DON'T leave kids alone, for chrissakes.

I do kinda like the end. And it always gets me when she dies. Oh well.

The first half of that movie was pretty good, but wtf is up with the scorpion king at the end? did they just run out of money to try to make him look decent or did they just not give a rats ass??

I might have to stop the anonymous comments. Today is the day, we break free.

Today I am 26 and 50 weeks and one day old. Which means in two weeks it will be my birthday. That's really what I was getting at, LOL. You know how people on TV are always having their birthdays forgotten? Not me, I inform people on an almost daily basis that it will be my birthday soon. There is no way they could forget. I look at birthdays like a special time for me. And I am all about me. Obviously. I hope the weather is like today on my birthday. I like rain in spurts. I like how fresh everything smells and I really hate it when it's too hot. I'm not sure how I was a summer baby, what with this hatred of heat. I work early that morning to get out of here early. Maybe go home and put some make up on and be lazy about getting ready. In any case, I will make it a good day.
