They are so damn stupid, all that is different now is that he had 4 people telling him how to do it, instead of just me, who he thinks is stupid.
I still don't think he quite got it.
And he treats me like I am stupid.
The sad thing is he isn't the only person who has such a hard time doing returns. How hard is it? You enter the information, send a copy with the product to the warehouse, and then let them know how you are shipping it.
Don't give me a copy without the shipping information.
Don't enter the item and then not send it anywhere, and instead sell the fucking product.
I, myself, can not understand why it's so fucking hard for them. Or why we have to have endless fucking meetings about it.
