This is hard. I'm not sure I've EVER wanted to be a man. Except that one time during the month when all girls would like to be ANYTHING but a girl.

The girliest man I can be??

Maybe. Let me see what that comes up with.

Not much, really.

Instead, I shall say....I would like to be Heath Ledger.

Cause he is HOT and gets to kiss the cute girls in his movies.

Yes, I do. I have a major crush.
And she doesn't even have boobs. :)

That's ok in her case.

I'm sorry, Zilla. I don't know if he is ANYTHING like me. Maybe hotness isn't the best thing to base this on.

Ok, so going by books I read and his general attitude, I think I would be more like this guy...



That's Mr. Bruce Campbell up there. He's pretty yummy. And he's a sarcastic person, like me.

Mmm. Heath Ledger. Bruce is a bit polished by comparison. Julia's pretty ... on, no, wait. We're supposed to wake up and be a boy. Cheryl didn't say anything about liking a girl (besides, you know, I'm taken. Sandy would punch me if I fooled around with Julia!)

Well, that picture was a BIT polished. Usually he's drenched in gore. :)

Yeah, well that was the best reasoning I could come up with.

If you mean musical as in, my mom listened to country and classic rock, and my aunts listened to things like Madonna. And introduced me to them.

I think it all comes down to a LOT of influences. I had a teenage step sister, and MTV had JUST started.

So, music was and is ALWAYS a big deal to me.

My Dad tells me that I used to watch the Thriller video, from behind the couch, so that I could "hide". My mom tells me that I used to go around saying...You all think Micheal Jackson is a boy, but I KNOW he is a girl.

I must have been young. I could TOTALLY see this outta a six year old. :)

I might have to stop the anonymous comments. Apparently the only people who leave them are going to form snap judgements of me based on how I look, and since I can't go and read their blog or anything, it really doesn't seem far, since I can't even try to read their stuff and see if they are reasonable people. Today is the day, we break free.

Today I am 26 and 50 weeks and one day old. Which means in two weeks it will be my birthday. That's really what I was getting at, LOL. You know how people on TV are always having their birthdays forgotten? Not me, I inform people on an almost daily basis that it will be my birthday soon. There is no way they could forget. I look at birthdays like a special time for me. And I am all about me. Obviously. I hope the weather is like today on my birthday. I like rain in spurts. I like how fresh everything smells and I really hate it when it's too hot. I'm not sure how I was a summer baby, what with this hatred of heat. I work early that morning to get out of here early. Maybe go home and put some make up on and be lazy about getting ready. In any case, I will make it a good day. (I'm slightly embarrassed by this and NO ONE WILL MENTION IT EVER AGAIN, just so you know, but it's my blog and I feel the need to share.) Last night I spent entirely too much time checking out...
