Home again, home again, joggity jog.

So....we went to have lunch at the fair. Though we left later then we thought, so Derek ate at home, and got cotton candy there. =)
I got a whole half chicken. It was YUMMY! These boys of mine don't eat dark meat. Though Derek did have a bit of my chicken. I share like that. =)
I'm a mom. Go figure.
Plus, we had funnel cakes! They were yummy. We spent at least two hours walking afterwards, so I'm not about to feel guilty.
We saw CHICKENS! and Roosters! and Goats! And Bunnies.
I love bunnies. =)
They were soft.

Then we headed over to the rides.
This was the first fun house that the boys found. Derek loved going with someone and he didn't even mind that that made the "tickets" go extra fast. And I got to take good pictures.
I LOVE this picture. He looks SO happy with himself. =) I didn't even notice the boobs until later. It figures, tits RUINED my PG picture. Oh well, I can crop him out. =)
The second fun house. This one reminded me of Grease with the "shake shack". =) Derek sped through each like it was a race. He shoulda took his time. There weren't a ton of people there, so no one was waiting. A lot of teenagers. One kept saying fuck every five seconds while we were trying to sit still and eat....that is until I WHIPPED my head around and glared very pointedly. He was like....o_O Sorry.
At least he was raised somewhat correctly. You get an awful lot of assholes, especially on the bus who are just like...oh sorry, but then five seconds later it's fuck this and fuck that. =(

The last ride. Derek was GUNG HO on this one. Until it started that it started.

This is where the guy is telling them where they can go for a refund, cause Derek started SCREAMING the minute it started really going. Ben said it was just getting fun. =)
Those other people got a ride and a half though. =)

They decided that the scrambler would be fun. I swear Derek is really on there.

First he wanted to ride the round up instead. I was like....OMG! Are you sure? Do you see how high it goes? Do you see the people? Good lord, you couldn't pay me to get on that thing. Derek swore up and down that he had rode on it before and he LOVED it. And then he said that he just didn't want to ride it today. THANK GOD! Score one for me!
This thing went HIGH! SCARY HIGH! I might be able to ride something like this, at least it didn't go upside down.
WHOA! This thing is more scary. Every time the cars would FLIP around, I would hear SCREAMING. Yeah..I sure do want to ride that ride. /sarcasm.

Pretty hair! It was all swingy and pretty. =) And a little sparkly.

I ran into Steve and Trina (from work), who looked good. Their baby is cute. Then I walked right past Rhea! YAY! She's just as short as ever. And just as stupid. She had on this way too pink lipstick and was by herself. She's prolly just as much of a bitch as ever.
Then on the way out, Ben thinks that he saw Erycka. She was working security at the fair, which I would believe. I guess. She was doing some traffic directing at a game last year, so security..not a far leap. I was like...I don't know..I could yell out her name, and snap a picture when she turns around?
(There are SO many things I want to get a picture of somedays, but I just don't have the guts. This one kid on the bus had a Nightmare on Elm Street shirt and I SO wanted a picture of it. Then BUTTERS got on the bus, but he doesn't know me well enough (read= he thinks I am Airie) and so he didn't say anything. And I never say something first.
I kinda wanted a picture of him.)
All in all, a pretty good deal. I didn't see too many people I didn't want to see.
(Speaking of seeing people which you don't want to see, Tara (work) said that she is 98 percent sure that she saw RUBY working at the McDonald's on West 11th.)

Completely unrelated! Tara also said that she LOVES how Derek calls me Mama. She says her boys just always say mom, but she wishes she was Mama. I hadn't really thought of it, but it is cute and he does it a lot. Most of the time. It's Mama this and mama that. =)
