"I Do It For Love"

Time for fluff now. That last post was pretty much deeply personal and like most times when I feel like I've shared too much, I ran away. I didn't log into MySpace at all for two days or come here to Blogger, just cause I was certain that I shared too much with my friends.

I suck like that, I've been running away pretty much my whole life when things get weird, confusing, too personal, or if I feel like I'm imposing too much on them.
So, let's hit some fluff instead.
Like the pictures of my bookcase.

Or seeing Becca at the Saturday market this weekend. Not just Becca, but a very, very super cute baby girl too. She was so happy, and calm. Becca is such an easy mom, she's doesn't give off the freaked out vibe that I probably did as a new mom. But she's had some practice, so perhaps that's why. It was very nice to be able to see her, and while Derek was pretty anti-social (like Ben, I wonder where Derek gets it from, lol) at least people got to see him. I ran into creepy ex-boyfriend, actually walked right past him 3 times. That's what he gets for working there.
We got some yummy strawberry lemonade, walked around in circles, finally met up with Becca and I got some sweet baby time. I think I practically threw my lemonade at Ben when Becca asked if I wanted to hold her. I love me some babies! It's so very obvious. If only I didn't dislike small children, I would have a ton of babies.
Also, if my body would actually co-operate, it certainly didn't last time.

I've been downloading whole albums instead of songs, as we never re-installed limewire, and we DID download uTorrent.
Sadly, I can't seem to get the American Pie 3 soundtrack and somehow I've managed to not put "Laid" into my iTunes. I <3 that song and I'm going through withdrawals from it.
No pictures right now, cause I'm at work.

You know what? I'm infinitely more comfortable displaying my bitchiness than my softness.
Tuesdays and I don't seem to agree.
I woke up after MANY weird dreams, started dropping things on the ground right off the bat, was grumpy the whole way into town.
And I guess I had right to be, cause while today is payday, I've screwed myself and now I owe the bank $70. I'm trying my damndest to look at this in the best possible light, but I'm really angry that my own stupidity cost me that money.
I suppose I should be happy that it happened this month when I'm supposed to get that stimulus they keep talking about.
Maybe the only good thing Bush has done in his entire 8 years, but I know a lot of people are split on the issue.
It's just discouraging that my money is being spent before I get it, like usual.
Meh. Such is life.
I'm just way down today. I keep getting up every morning (even when I don't want to), keep coming in, keep following the rules (even though OTHER people don't) so that I can keep my job. It's just getting me down right now, cause it all seems to pointless. I keep running the rat race and I don't seem to ever get ahead.
I know part of it is my own stupidity with money, cause when I have extra, I just spend it wildly. I already have a ton of plans for when I may actually have money. Like shoes, a hair cut, Derek's hair cut, probably a hair cut for Ben, some jeans for me (at $34 a pop!), and mad money.
I have plans to see Jenn on Friday and I'm doing my best to live for that point. Something to look forward to.
It better be awesome sushi.
I don't work Friday, cause I have to work this Saturday. I would have had yesterday off, but I had inventory work to do and it was entertaining, so I don't mind giving up the day.
Sadly, I also have to work next Sunday (I actually volunteered myself, so I'll shut the hell up about this right now), but then I get glorious vacation until Wednesday the 28th.
Dipsilucious vacation, according to Peter.
