Day off

I'm gonna hate it come Saturday, but it was SO nice not to have to work today. We went out for breakfast.

Strawberry syrup is the BEST, y'all.

And Ariel got her phone turned off. You have a CUTE new phone. I, sadly, shall not be getting one. The terms and conditions through T-mobile require a credit check and I have shitty credit.

I might be using your old one after all. As long as I can get my ass down there and figure it out with the store. They might need to have you there or something.
Cause I DO need a new phone. But not if it's gonna be a pain in the ass.

Ben is added to the bank account! Finally. It was SO easy. They were very nice and will even be sending me a new debit card with my PICTURE on it. YAY! Then we hit up Wal-mart. Sheets, new pillows, new underwear, new shoes, new clothes for the boys. New bras, and a new shower curtain. Plus an eyelash curler!

Cause I have this little Paris Hilton thing (y'know, her weird eye that looks partly closed? That's how I'm afraid my eye looks) with my eyelashes. And I need to curl them so that they won't do that thing. Ick.

New washcloths, new frying pan, and new socks!

I think I was itching my tattoo in my sleep last night. Not a good thing. Damn it all. I can't prevent myself from doing it while asleep. It doesn't hurt, so at least I woke up before I did real damage.

I feel fairly accomplished. Now if only I can get the new sheets washed and dried so I can put them on TONIGHT.

Yay! New sheets!

New sheets are the best! Crisp & clean!

I NEED new frying pans. CERTAIN people keep forgetting to use the nonstick utensils on the nonstick pans, and they're all scuffed up. Hate that.

Glad you had fun shopping! I've heard baby-butt salve like Desitin works well for healing up a new tattoo. Moose uses it, even though it makes him smell like a baby's butt. :-)

Have you seen your credit report lately, or is that just an assumption?
You need to pull it once a year to double check for fraud, and I can help you write letters to challenge entries and get your score up, if you want.

Zilla - That is a good thing to know. I, myself, got suckered into the RIDICULOUSLY expensive tattoo lotion they had at the counter. Something about convenience?

Convenience = bad

Ben LOVES the new pan. Ariel and I KNEW he would use it before I did. I just don't cook much. I made Salmon last night, but I'm lazy and just throw it in the oven. Works for me.

I buy baby lotion. So I already smell like a baby's butt! =)

Karina - I don't remember what the actual score was, but I have like nie things on my account. All large. There were originally only five or something. But then this company bought the debt and the other company then closed the account, and the fist company opened up a new debt. I had no idea that would happen. Being an accountant, I really should've.

I know the one site that you can get the report once a year for free. But I don't remember it. It's like I KNEW it was SO hopeless that there wasn't any point to remember? I don't know.

I get tempted to do this bankruptcy thing, but it seems like SO much money and then once I make an effort, I freak and backtrack. Cause I'm like...well, they want my money, so even if I DON'T need to do this, wouldn't they say I did need to?

Then I wonder if Legal Aid would at least tell me if I should claim bankruptcy. Some sort of outcome. I don't like making a decision without knowing any of the possible outcomes.

It freaks me out. Obviously, I've been thinking of this a lot. Even if the phone would let my credit through, we didn't try it, cause it said something in the Terms and Conditions of being charged $250.00 if we violated any terms. One of those terms was being a subject a bankruptcy. Which is where we stopped and Ben tried. I'm pretty sure my credit is worse than his and even if they took my job into account and held me more responsible, I'm still not sure that they would like to risk their "services" on me.
