Something I can only share with the internet at large.
Heh. By that I mean not on my MySpace page, though I've been putting up TMI_Chix posts galore on LJ.
It's funny right now, since I'm awake and it's not happening, but let me share this maddening bit of crazy that my brain concocts at night.
I put in the cream (ICK) and I go to bed. Wait, first I go pee, then I put in the cream, then I go to bed.
I lay awake forever when I usually fall asleep pretty quickly, and I start thinking..hey, wouldn't it suck if I had to pee?
All of the sudden, I KNOW I have to pee. I fight the urge, become convinced that the thinking is WHY I can't fall asleep and so I surrender and give up and go pee.
I come back to bed after peeing only a minuscule amount and cry (not so much fun) because of course that little moment of peeing has probably WRECKED any and all chances of the medicine working. Of course.
(This is my amount of neurosis, this is why I feel stupid half the time)
Repeat as necessary.
Any fellow pee-ers out there? Any sort of idea if peeing and losing a bit of medicine in the middle of the night is totally going to wreck the medicine working?
While I'm on the subject, I'm not sure all of the GD cream actually goes up in there from the applicator. It's a dangerous balancing act already; I can't see how I could maneuver enough to get it all up there easily.
Tonight I shall be buying the vaginal suppositories and hoping they are better, because I think Ben may kick me out of bed soon.
I cried for at least 20 minutes last night after going to bed before 11 and not being able to fall asleep until midnight, and then again when I woke up at 1 and Ben wasn't in bed with me.
I hope this is the last round of medicine I have to take, cause I am sure losing my cool. And my mind.
Plus, I would like to only be thinking of sushi on Friday when I go out with Jenn and not thinking of my vagina.
PS. I'm grossing everyone out, I know this. It's grossing me out, but it's all I can think about and talk about right now, so I guess I shall apologize to you all. And Eileen at work who doesn't read this so she'll never know I apologized, even though she's the one who told me she was grossed out. Sorry Eileen.

The manufacturers do account for human peeing needs, and for error, there is plenty of medicine getting in there, and staying in the right spots.
Don't Panic.
